Two stars of Doctor Who are joining forces to play the world’s most famous detectives.
Colin Baker and Terry Molloy, otherwise known as the Sixth Doctor and Dalek creator Davros, will play Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson in a stage production of The Hound of the Baskervilles.
On tour from Tuesday 5 March to Sunday 5 May, they will take in venues including Taunton Brewhouse (01823 283244, tauntonbrewhouse.co.uk), Theatre Royal Winchester (01962 840440, theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk) and the Key Theatre, Peterborough (01733 852992, keytheatre-peterborough.com), where they will be joined by No Place Like Home’s Dee Sadler.

Adapted by Martin Parsons for the Crime and Comedy Theatre Company (crimeandcomedytheatrecompany.co.uk/dates), The Hound of the Baskervilles will be presented as a radio play on-stage, complete with live sound effects.
